2. Service Description

Fahrservice Xride (Vishal Ahmed) operates commercial driving services and carries out the offered trips himself. The transportation contract is concluded directly between Fahrservice Xride (Vishal Ahmed) and the customer. The services include in particular airport transfers, individual trips and other mobility services according to the booking.

3. License and Permits

Fahrservice Xride (Vishal Ahmed) has all the necessary official permits and licenses to carry out passenger transportation. This includes in particular permits according to the applicable legal regulations (e.g. Passenger Transportation Act PBefG in Germany). All drivers used are appropriately qualified and authorized to carry out driving services.

4. Conclusion of Contract

By booking a trip, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a transportation contract. The contract is concluded as soon as Fahrservice Xride (Vishal Ahmed) confirms the booking (e.g. by email or via the website).

5. Prices and Payment

All prices quoted include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made immediately after the trip on site either in cash or by card payment via SumUp. Fahrservice Xride (Vishal Ahmed) is entitled to use external payment service providers for payment processing.

6. Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all our customers, we have implemented the following refund policy:

Before 48 Hours of Pickup Time 100% Refund
Before 12 Hours of Pickup Time 50% Refund
Before 6 Hours of Pickup Time No Refund

Example Case:

Pickup Time: Sunday, 18:00 (6:00 PM)
Payment Amount: € 50.00

  • If you cancel before Friday, 18:00 (More than 48h before) → You receive a 100% refund (€ 50.00).
  • If you cancel on Saturday, 10:00 (Between 48h and 12h before) → You receive a 50% refund (€ 25.00).
  • If you cancel on Sunday, 13:00 (Less than 6h before) → You receive no refund (€ 0.00).

7. Liability

Fahrservice Xride (Vishal Ahmed) is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health based on a willful or negligent breach of duty. For other damages, Fahrservice Xride (Vishal Ahmed) is only liable in the event of intent or gross negligence. In the event of simple negligence, Fahrservice Xride (Vishal Ahmed) is only liable for the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage.

8. Customer Obligations

The customer is obliged to provide truthful information when booking. Delays must be reported immediately. The customer must behave in such a way that the safety of the journey is not endangered.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and processing the booking and to fulfill legal obligations. Further information is contained in the privacy policy on the website.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the seat of Fahrservice Xride (Vishal Ahmed).

11. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
